Food

A parent and I were discussing what kinds of meals are "good" and fit into the guidelines of the diet I have been encouraging.  To make a long story short, we decided it might be helpful (and at times entertaining) if I posted pictures of my own meals.  So, these entries will all go under the label "food" and if you want to look up all entries with that label you can just click "food" in the list of labels (or tags) found on the right side of the blog.

Feel free to post comments or questions to any posts on the blog, but especially the food since there are probably more questions about that than anything else at this time! =)

Two fried eggs (my best yet - no broken yolks!)
Two pieces of low sodium bacon (simply because I think it's the yummiest)
One banana cut up and floating yummily in whole milk
