Leadership

I took a picture of what I consider to be a great example of the type of leadership that our team needs and obviously has. This is a senior, who wasn't even playing this day - she just came to support her team. She is doing the work (one of the more boring jobs, even!) and not getting anything back...she's just doing it because it needs to be done. I am so proud to coach a team that has kids like this leading it! Keep it up, leaders!
