Food - Pork Stir Fry

I bought some really cheap pork the other day that was labeled "Perfect for Stew."  I didn't have time to find a stew recipe and so I made pork stir fry instead.  It was DELICIOUS!

1 lb pork "stew meat"
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1/2 red onion
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Basil
Cayenne pepper

I sauteed the meat a bit in the oil, then when it was turning white I added the veggies.  Stirred them around for about 15 minutes until I was sure the meat was cooked and voila!  So tasty!!!  (The picture is before the meat was cooked all the way.)
