The workout pictured below was:
5 Rounds (as fast as you can) of:
Run 200 meters
10 Push-ups (Chest to the deck, some girls do knee push-ups, some do regular ones)
10 Wall balls (Hold a 10# medicine ball, squat, throw the ball to a 10' high target)
They were all done in under 12 minutes.
Alex, Arianne, Beth, and Jen were at a recent "Lifting" session and I snapped a few pics of them knocking out the described metcon. Nice work, girls!
