Practice - Day 1

The girls got off to a great start on day one of practice!  Here are some pictures of them doing what is called "Bottom to bottom tabata squats."  Good times...They do as many squats as they can in twenty seconds, then they "rest" for ten seconds in the bottom of a squat.  Repeat for a total of eight rounds (four minutes total).
