More Eggs

Scrambled!

2 egg whites
1 egg with yolk
Red pepper, chopped
Mushrooms
Basil
Black pepper

Bacon

Grapes

Whole milk

I start with a dab of olive oil regardless of which kind of eggs I'm making.  This time I added the (pre-chopped from the night before) red peppers and sauteed them for a while.  After a few minutes I added the mushrooms.  While they were cooking, I got the egg whites and one regular egg mixed together in a small bowl or cup.  I removed the pan from the burner for a few seconds, then added the eggs.  I continued to stir up the eggs while the bacon cooked in the microwave.  After a few minutes it was all ready!

Grapes, Bacon, Eggs, and Milk - Mmmmm!
